“The two danish filmakers Cecilie Evert and Simon Lundsgaard directed this video together for our song ‘Describe’.
We wanted to show that us people can be very judgmental. On the surface things that we do not know might seem repulsive, but if we look deeper it might not be that alien. That is what the viewer should see in this video.
Sometimes you can be afraid of things that you can’t define or describe. But if you look beyond the surface you will find something you recognize in yourself. That is what this video is about.
Stylistically they were very inspired by film director Carl Th. Dreyer, the minimalism of his universe; the use of light, shadows and space in black and white, the long shots and slow camera movements.
For the story Cecilie and Simon were inspired by my lyrics.
“… I can describe it all for you, if you got the nerves/guts to look into my eyes.”
The two actors in the video, Louise and Martin, both have Down’s Syndrome. That was of course a challenge for them as directors.
Martin and Louise are a couple in real life as well as in the video. they chose them because it was clear to them that they have a very unique relationship. They saw a certain chemistry between them. Their love for each other is very strong and unique, and we expected it to shine through the lens, which we think it did.
The video was shot in Denmark. It was very important to find a house that was isolated in the forest to give the viewer an experience of entering a special world.
Enjoy” - Tobias Wilner

Sara Savery’s album ‘The Diver’ is out now worldwide! Buy the album here!!
We’re so proud to have the opportunity to release Sara Savery’s awesome debut album. We’ve been fans of Sara Savery since her release of the People Press Play record at Morr music back in 2005, followed by the Ghost Society album in 2010.
There is no intermediary between the artist and the listener. It’s a pure sounding record, coming directly from the artist. Produced, written and performed by the artist herself. No music business-factory- assembly line madness trying to make everybody happy here. You like it or you don’t. It’s dreamy, slow and extremely catchy. Electronica, indie, shoegazing. Call it what you want. To us, it’s the sound of Sara Savery. Simple as that.
We started up with a premiere of her song ‘The Diver’ at On Jay’s-Z Life&Times followed by a premiere of the beautiful video for her song ‘Angel’ at Diffuser. The video is directed by Janus Metz, Winner of the Grand Prize at the Cannes Film Festival. Her second video directed by Tobias Wilner was premiered on Earmilk and Vs. Magazine.
Sara has been called an ‘effortlessly sexy singer’ by Highsnobiety. The german magazine DE:BUG wrote ‘When she sings, it’s a nonchalant ease on sparkling clear melodies’. Prefixmag calls her singing a ‘repeated pleasure’.
We hope you’ll dive in and enjoy this record as much as we do! - (DPC Records)

“Sara Savery tells us to keep our eyes closed, but it’s hard to do this when the video for her track, “Eyes Closed,” is as stunning as the song addcting.” - Earmilk.com

“When I’m writing lyrics, I like to try to capture an image of a moment, as if briefly diving into a passage of a story. I was inspired by the whole chaotic and sensual vibe of Brooklyn. I guess the overall state of the lyric writing as well as the song writing comes from a sense of letting go, making changes and exploring the unknown. To me, ‘The Diver’ is a lot about that sensation of discovery. In a way, it’s also a reference to the creative process I’m in when making music. It’s about exploring the layers of ideas. Journeys of diving and re-emerging. I really hope the listeners will enjoy diving into my world.” – Sara Savery (Jay-Z Life+Times)

The lead singer of Mew Jonas Bjerre has created this dreamy and beautiful remix of Blue Foundation’s song “Dressed In Black” - - it can be found on their album “In My Mind I Am Free - Reconstructed”.
Buy it here!
Electronic/dream pop project Blue Foundation offers a inventive reconstruction providing an intricate glitched-out, industrial-inspired take on Allies For Everyone’s “Supernatural” with jarring drums and enveloping dark keys. The remix is out now on KID Recordings.
Blue Foundation said this about the video:
“It’s about the connections between still photography and the moving image with artistic reference to the french filmmakers of La Nouvelle Vague. We were interested in poetically portraying the image of a woman’s sexuality and the conflicting feelings of holding on to someone while at the same time wanting to let go.
Our attempt was to capture the overall atmosphere of the song by visually depicting the sense of longing, flirtation, foolishness, claustrophobia, and the deep sensuality of a woman. As if soaring through a dream. ?Popping out of the video are images of songstress Sara Savery making out with a hot boxing clown.
The video concept was created by artist Tobias Wilner and Sara Savery and was shot over two days by Tobias Wilner. It takes place in a tiny apartment in Paris, starring both Sara Savery and Brooklyn based actor, Parviz Nor.”
